A Practical Checklist for Clear Project Notes
Reliable project work begins with a clear description of the current condition and the result that should be visible afterward. Measurements, material requirements, safety checks, and the order of work belong in the same record. This makes estimates easier to compare and reduces rushed decisions.
A useful completion note also explains what changed and how the result was checked. Seasonal inspection of seals, fittings, ventilation paths, and frequently used surfaces can prevent larger problems. I keep one example in training notes for later review.
