What I liked
I liked the simplicity and honesty of the story.
What I didn't like
Everything was done very well, the timing, props and lighting were all complementary to the story. If I had to give one note to improve on , I would say that one or two of the music cues seemed slightly off, but nothing that was very noticeable.
My overall impression
Black when I was a Boy part 2 follows Frankie Bates as he follows his dreams of becoming an actor. As a new young actor, Frankie proves to be talented and ambitious. Cooper’s performance through this journey is transcending and engrossing. Although I have known him for many years I felt like I was introduced to a part of Cooper I had never seen before. His ability to tell a story is unmatched and I look forward to part 3!
