Desert Weeds is a dark comedy about four friends who wake up trapped, buried up to their necks, in a harsh desert landscape. They have no idea how they got there and a strange man in a lawn chair gives them little to go on. They struggle to survive and figure out the mystery of how they got there all while keeping their fragile alliance intact as old wounds are opened and long simmering resentments come to the surface.
