My overall impression
Clever takes on the theme of Interventions – those successful, those failed, and those aborted. A nod to Ashley McGee for serving double duty and lending his comic spark to the first two pieces. And kudos to Andrew Boyle for his one-man portrayal in the provocative third piece, which begs the question: should one feel guilty for not intervening, with dire consequences, or would intervention have been interfering with fate, resulting in different, equally dire consequences? Never maudlin, Boyle takes us on an intimate journey with simplicity and honesty.
