What I liked

Riveting writing with twists and turns and reveals that knock you on your ass. The costume, facial hair, and use of his 1(?) prop were fantastic. The way Ben digs into these challenging themes and serves a clear, provoking, visceral lesson without EVER lecturing us is a real feat.

What I didn't like

n/a , it’s kickass work

My overall impression

A gripping, vulnerable, and whip smart solo show. This is a wild, thrilling, and unforgiving RIDE from start to finish. Ben is a real wordsmith and knows how to use those words, and more importantly, the spaces in between to let us see into him and the discoveries and heartbreaks the character is undergoing. A refreshing and unforgettable dive into one man’s struggle with depression, alcoholism, and toxic masculinity.
