What I liked about the show was that it was authentic. You could tell from Meg’s performance that these were true stories from her life.
What I didn't like
The venue was a little noisy sometimes because of the street traffic (fact of life in LA), so maybe a little louder with the volume. But Meg could still be heard the whole time.
My overall impression
I had the privilege of watching Meg’s show in person, and it was such a great performance. Meg shared intriguing stories from her life about both rejection and acceptance, and she had the audience captivated from beginning to end. She took us through a range of emotions, and she had us bursting out in laughter one moment and in tears the next. “What am I, chopped suey?” is a must see. Highly recommended to see it in person.
