What I liked

I loved the staging and music choices. I also loved how precious the relationship with “nugget” was throughout, especially when nugget was gone. The moments where they forgot and then remember nugget is gone were wonderfully sad. I also loved how the siblings made-up after their fight, and I loved being curious why Jules leaned on her brother’s shoulder for comfort vs. her husband.

What I didn't like

Perhaps turn the music up a bit during the transition of acts. I’d also love to see Bryan’s face when he hugs Jules towards the end and Sam walks in. :)

My overall impression

This play had a lot of humor while dealing with a heavier subject. The sibling relationship and the marriage relationship were very sweet and I enjoyed the surprise of a few comical and heartbreaking moments. I’m still thinking about this play afterwards, which lets me know this was well written and performed!
