Only real gripe is the pacing dips a bit in the middle before the story picks back up toward the end.
My overall impression
I recently picked up The Pale Gypsy’s Traveling Musical Revue on a whim, mostly because the title alone was too intriguing to scroll past, and I ended up finishing it in two sittings. There’s something about the wandering, almost theatrical rhythm of the story that pulled me in more than I expected, especially with how vividly the traveling performers were written. I actually found this one through kindle direct publishing
