What I liked
Jamald viewpoint came across through his behavior. His words were very specific but his underlying integrity showed through even at the worst times in his life. This is a piece about a strong man who doesn’t necessarily know he is.
What I didn't like
I know Jamald is a funny MF. I would’ve liked to see more of his irony and sarcasm. Without straying from the dramatic. So I’m a comedian of over 30 yrs so… I know what I want!
My overall impression
I thought Jamald dug deep for this. This is obviously very personal to him and he showed it all. He didn’t hold back and told it all. I think he acted for his life.
