What I liked
The concept is clever and original. Maria has a great presence on stage, balancing out the heartbreaking moments of her journey with whimsical and uplifting moments. You can’t help but root for her!
What I didn't like
This has nothing to do with Maria, but there were people from the comedy theatre next door who were kind of loud outside. It didn’t disrupt the performance at all, but wanted to make the venue aware for future performances.
My overall impression
What a triumphant story about self-love! Maria is an absolute delight! (And Bev is too.)
