I loved when we got to see what made her happy. Like the Ballet.
What I didn't like
I personally have a challenging time with actors going form one character to another so quickly and I do understand most solo shows use this technique. For me it breaks up the rhythm of the storyline sometimes. This is mostly a general statement. It takes a lot of focus and I have to say Maria did do a great job with her characters. The one thing I would have liked to have seen was at the end, instead of a song I would have loved to have seen her dance some ballet. Symbolizing doing what she so loved with no judgement.
My overall impression
Conversations with Bev is very relatable no matter who you are. Her story and insights of growth make it an enjoyable adventure. I recommend it and smile just recapturing moments of the production.
