What I liked
I absolutely loved the physicality and energy of Kristy’s performance. I was struck by how she moved us through the dysfunction with humor and honesty. I also loved the music choices and use of shadow behind the white fabric. Very clever. I felt special being let in to her life experiences.
What I didn't like
I would love a part II! And the sound system was loud and made me strain to hear in the beginning.
My overall impression
What an amazing life journey told through Kristy’s impressions, of the family who raised her in the south, to the college years as a young performer and dancer in New York, to eventually working with a Hollywood legend.
