What I liked
Some great storytelling and keen senses of humor. Solid production values. Well integrated range of styles and historical periods into a complete show.

What could be improved? This should be an annual project.
My overall impression
Moving, surprising, entertaining, and enlightening. The stories of six remarkable but relatively unknown historical figures are told by six actors. The common thread is that all of them—subjects and actors—are trans, which is somehow simultaneously fundamental and also almost incidental. The stories are about courage and embracing being oneself while facing challenges that I and other cisgendered folks simply never encounter. Go and be inspired, whatever your gender status.
