The cast truly committed to the material. Special mentions to the dedicated performances of Adrianne Lynn Ownings, Ada Marinelli, Michael Swain-Smith, Raquis Petree, and Giana Theresa Bommarito.
What I didn't like
As with most new musicals, the show could use further development with storyline and character development. The limitations of a Fringe production was evident but with a bigger budget production utilizing broader sets, lighting and sound, this could be a very successful story. Note to actors: please project more. Lots of lines and lyrics lost. Yes, this is a small intimate venue but we still need to hear every word clearly.
My overall impression
We were pleasantly surprised with this new musical. There’s definitely potential here while still needing further development and refinement. A very interesting and alluring story. Best of luck with it.
