What I liked
Be ready to leave the theater enlightened, cheered up (or with even more cheer than you had upon entering) – a little lighter, happier, and equipped with simple tools rooted in the latest scientific research that you can use when your emotions slant towards the negative spectrum – be it sadness, anxiety, anger, or anything in between. You’ll even learn to celebrate your own wins, both large and small, that can help in the formation of good habits, not the least of which is being our own cheerleader, and to hold onto the little things that make us happy making their effect linger just a little longer. I laughed so much and I want to see it again!

My overall impression
Actress and screenwriter Ruby is magical, mega-talented, and a joy to witness. She has so cleverly merged her wicked sense of humor with her study of psychology to create what is both highly therapeutic, downright uplifting, and all the while entertaining at the same time. It’s all with a such a fun, thoughtful, thought provoking, positive twist, and is such a feel-good, so charmingly light and experience that makes you laugh and smile throughout – due to Ramon’s charisma, the group structure, and her great sense of humor. I had the best time!
