What I liked
Everything! I loved the accuracy of her character work. Her subject Annie Sprinkles is someone everyone should know about. Educating us on this profound human in and of itself would have beeb enough of contribution…BUT add Sophia’s strength as a theater make to the picture and you have a profound and deeply moving show. I adored the ending which harkened back to the roots of theater as ceremony and felt like a call to action for us to claim our power! Brava!

My overall impression
This show was brilliant! One of my favorite at the fringe. It was the EXACT medicine I needed in this moment of female rights being stripped away. Sophia’s performance was deeply compelling and crisp. The show unabashedly celebrates female pleasure and sexuality, which is still sadly a revolutionary act. Docu-theater artivism at it’s best. I hope this show will have a long live beyond this festival.
