What I liked
I loved the use of digital backdrops to indicate who was speaking. It was such a clever device that was both innovative yet instantly recognizable!
What I didn't like
I just wish I knew more about Annie’s story! I could definitely see this as a longer play or a feature documentary film!
My overall impression
Sophia is not only a skilled performer and a passionate advocate of sex work and sex positivity, but it is also clear that she has done an enormous amount of research to bring this project to life. I didn’t know anything about Annie Sprinkle before seeing this but it was eye-opening and beautifully presented!
