What I liked

The acting was absolutely incredible from both individuals. Every character had a distinct look, walk, and mannerisms. From pre-show music to punchlines, the storyline was geared towards the queer and African American community. Given the political dynamic of this play, it is both timely AND timeless. They used every line to educate on the LGBTQIA community and the African American community while speaking on the various qualms that come with being born biologically female. The play was well done. I can’t wait to see more from the playwrights.

My overall impression

The show was hilarious, educational, and heartwarming. It was niche and relatable for various minority groups.
