What I liked
The various characters and humor. The chemistry between performers. Great use of set and tech. Such honesty. Flow of show was smooth. It was easy to be all in throughout the whole journey. I also appreciate the factual information shared and the resources shared in the playbill.
What I didn't like
Nothing. Such a perfect show. I hope this can be performed in other places for the world to experience this show after the Fringe run.
My overall impression
My spirit was moved. An empowering show that braves a subject that must be talked about more with such humanity in these times. I appreciate how the show highlights all aspects of a person’s abortion experience and their relationships along the way. Jairis and Mareshah are a phenomenal duo but also dynamic performers as individuals. I cried and laughed and felt a lasting impact. The ending was magic! A must see show!
