I liked how detailed and clear are the visions of the playwright with respect to every character role in the play, big or small.
Especially enjoyed the development of a very heated relationship between a conniving journalist and an unassuming drag queen.
What I didn't like
On the technical side, Sound/Audio can be improved during dance performances as well as the scene of HIV diagnosis revelation. It’s a powerful scene and in my opinion it fell short of the drama that would follow this diagnosis in the 90s queer community.
My overall impression
This show demonstrates intimate lives of a vulnerable minority of the 90’s New York City.
It is entertaining, engaging, and thought-provoking start to finish.
