What I liked

“Like a favorite cheddar, you get better when you age.” Loved that quote as I feel it really spoke directly to me. Loved the message of acceptance and developing relationship between Fun and Mary Coral, as well as the “pure platonic friendship” between March and Billy. Enjoyed the egotistical performance of Norton Norton! And ultimately, it’s nice to be reminded that as humans we have the power of choice and free will and to not let technology take that away from us.

What I didn't like

Some of the singing was a bit too loud, or it seemed that way over the virtual presentation. But the overall technical aspects were top notch, as one would expect in a show about how technology is taking over our lives.

My overall impression

A very modern take on finding love, friendship, and acceptance of others. Dedicated actors with great voices, rainbow-hued costumes, with clever lyrics and choreography in such a small staging area. Kudos to director Ashley Ward for pulling it all together and to the cast for their great enthusiasm and energy.
