What I liked

LOVED the creativity with the props and staging — cloned hedgehogs and human brains are tough to source, but the realistic prop options and robot-ifying all fully worked and fit the tone of the show so well.
Also, despite having heard all of the songs and a live reading from backing this musical, all of the big, emotional moments still managed to make me teary. “Why Aren’t You Happy?” Probably because you reached into my own feelings and set them to music with incredible performers (which I’m actually very happy about and impressed by).

What I didn't like

Looking forward to seeing the show polished and perfected, and hopefully with all the funding and resources it deserves!

My overall impression

Silly and earnest in all the best ways. A love note to all of us trans folks out here, and how we navigate our journeys. Specifically, a love note written by hand with hand drawn pictures of robots and cheese and hedgehogs in the margins.
