The songs, the performances, it was really all great! Especially Kelby Jo McClellan’s performance as Marsh was particularly amazing!
What I didn't like
A few times the audio on the livestream went a bit funny in instrumental breaks – there might have been some “only pick up human voices” filter somewhere in the chain at a guess? Did not affect my enjoyment though!
My overall impression
Once the song “Why Aren’t You Happy” hit I was crying because the topic felt so relatable, like it’s putting into the words that I think most every queer person has felt! Genuinely a great musical!
