What I liked

The acting was phenomenal, especially the lead actress. Throughout the show she personifies several different characters very believably. Even, and especially when her characters are interacting with each other. She not only sells the idea, but gives a delightful and moving performance. I don’t want to give any spoilers, but for her performance alone it is worth seeing the show.

What I didn't like

The blocking of the show, at various times, has the actors facing away from the majority of the audience, and without mics it was occasionally hard to hear, especially the male actor.

My overall impression

This is a very fun musical, with a very different approach to a time travel theme. As a self proclaimed sci-fi geek I appreciate the way the concept is explained. I like how the original music helps enhance that sense of heightened reality, and the acting, especially the lead actress, is very good at bringing each audience member into the story, and leaves us wondering “what if…”
