My overall impression
Grief: A one man shit-show settles the many considerations friends and family have when trying to comfort the bereaved. The platitudes, the misguided empathy and the fact that we, as a culture, are terrified of grief. Colin Campbell lays it all out for us in ways that are funny, ironic and frank. It may be catharsis for him, but it’s immeasurably valuable gift to anyone that sees it.
