The audience interaction and moments of brief improv with participants brought out elements of clown that set the production apart from other one woman shows. Watching, you feeling like you are sitting on a Philly stoop, a part of the production. But don’t worry for those who don’t like the attention, Katierose has a keen awareness to audience member’s willingness to interact and adaptability to whatever they may say. Her presence is palpable. As she bounces between character voices and mannerisms, she never loses her grasp on the connection with the live moment and the audience.

My overall impression
Queen of Fishtown was hilarious and heartfelt! If you get a chance to see it as it travels on its global circuit, you definitely should! Katierose Enriquez is a comedic powerhouse!
