What I liked
The show is funny and so thoughtful — the issues confronting women and LGBTQ are still (unfortunately) problematic in today’s world. The issues and conflicts resonated – and yet, the show was incredibly optimistic. The setting of the roller derby is fantastic. It has made me want to check out the Derby Girls, for sure!
What I didn't like
Nothing! It was a wonderful afternoon at the theater.
My overall impression
What a great show! The music is wonderful, the story is interesting, the actors/musicians are delightful. It was a really fun, thoughtful show.
