I loved the cinematic device of bringing the words from the page of a typewriter to life. I especially loved a (spoiler alert) scene inside the womb. So clever and sweet! And of course the very important moment of forgiveness, not only of others, but if ourselves.
What I didn't like
I would’ve loved to see more of you in front of the table. When you move around the whole energy of the show gets elevated as you so deftly switch between all the wonderful characters.
My overall impression
This is a very beautifully written show about the tender relationship between daughter and daddy. But it’s more than that. It’s a relatable story about how we all have those inner voices that keep us small, if we let them. And more than anything, the beautiful power of healing through forgiveness. Every person in the audience can improve their lives just by integrating that beautiful message. Well done!
