What I liked

The writing of this is no walk in the park to perform.
It covers a lot of scenarios from being an embryo to angels.
The actress in Marylee switches voices and accents in her depiction of the many characters she depicts that distinguishes them one from the other so that
it makes it ever so clear what is holding her back.
Unique, humourous, heartwarming and heart-wrenching at times.

What I didn't like

It was amazing how clear it was to comprehend despite the extreme minimal
staging. I would love to see it with all the bells and whistles or a great set with music and slides. Allow the actress to take her time between moments/scenes.

My overall impression

The actress’s presence on the minimal stage was impressive. She owned it.
The story was relatable in many ways. As adult children we find ourselves looking back and examining our relationship with our family.
As young artists who want to break out into the world of Hollywood and create but are thwarted by our daemons.
Well written and beautifully acted.
