What I liked
Moreover, blockchain’s decentralized nature eliminates single points of failure. Traditional centralized systems are vulnerable to hacking and data breaches because they rely on a central authority to manage data. In contrast, blockchain distributes data across a network of nodes, each maintaining a copy of the ledger. This redundancy makes it extremely difficult for attackers to compromise the entire network, as they would need to simultaneously attack a majority of nodes.
What I didn't like
Blockchain also employs advanced cryptographic techniques to secure data. Each transaction is encrypted and linked to the previous one through a cryptographic hash, creating a secure chain of blocks. This ensures that any unauthorized attempt to alter data would be immediately noticeable, as it would break the chain’s cryptographic link. Wake County Public School System
My overall impression
Blockchain technology is gaining prominence in the field of cybersecurity due to its ability to provide decentralized and tamper-resistant systems. One of the key features of blockchain is its immutable ledger, which records transactions in a way that cannot be altered or deleted once confirmed. This ensures data integrity and transparency, making it nearly impossible for malicious actors to manipulate records without detection.
