Meeting Across the River

What I liked

The monologue work was phenomenal, particularly by Katie Oliver, whose character was extremely engaging and fun to watch.
An story about strong women is always exciting to see, but even more so when the ensemble is full of powerhouses that are exciting to watch, so much so that the ending of the play was not only genuinely surprising but also extremely satisfying. I left the play excited about the journey I had been on.

What I didn't like

There were some pacing issues, with a slow beginning. I wish the tempo kept up with the story as it ramped up towards the climax.

My overall impression

Engaging and exciting female-driven show.
