After seeing/reading a couple of Chris’s plays now, it is very clear to me that he is trying to carve out a niche for himself in style and I’ve got mad respect for that. Everyone is leaning on nostalgia and rewrites/remakes of everything now, it’s really great to see someone trying to do something new. Each one of the cast members were excellent.
What I didn't like
I dug the way SO much of the playing space was used but there were some moments I missed because it was too far over in the corner. Also, with how packed and fast the dialogue is, I wish the actors’ had been directed to stand still and deliver more. I would lose the words and string of thoughts because I got distracted by movement.
My overall impression
4 tough gals in the robbery business fighting over a botched job? Yes please. I am such a fan of this writer and these performers.
