I liked the writing, direction, acting, choreography, it was all so well done and so well knitted together, particularly as a “companion piece” to the original “Lefty”.
What I didn't like
I wouldn’t change a thing. I loved the entire show, and the casting was great.
My overall impression
The opening moments of “It’s been 76 Years” grabbed me right away, with the direction by Richard Piatt and choreography by Soda Persi. And the scenes, so incredibly relevant, masterfully penned by Gregory Crafts, kept me totally tuned in to what was happening before me. An important piece that should be seen by everyone. And props to Soda Persi for not only her choreography but for the depth of her acting skills that brought me to tears. The tie-in from past to present is genius.
