The actor’s animated pacing within each segment of the play. It kept my attention and he brought all of the multi-characters to life. I also liked the projected video screen moments peppered throughout involving the character’s inner self and struggles.
What I didn't like
The 90 minutes piece felt a bit long near the 60 min min mark especially after the Black Lives Matter segment. Maybe the epilogue of his plight could have worked soon after that particular segment.
My overall impression
Overall this was an exciting and a great one man play involving the trials and tribulations of a biracial, gay, fostered, and socially conscious man and how his life’s experiences changed his life.
