What I liked
Kevin feels so connected to his material and the audience, that he is just a joy to watch. You can tell he is having fun. He seems fearless as he jumps and runs about and on top of the set pieces. This is another one of those stories that you feel grateful for hearing, because it shines a new light on a complex subject, someone in the middle of two supposedly opposing sides who wants to be seen and understood.
What I didn't like
There was maybe a few technical errors with the projections, which I’m sure will be fixed. Other than that, Kevin’s show is just gonna get better and better.
My overall impression
Kevin, at 25, is a powerhouse. Watching him jump around the space, and quickly move in and out of characters was super impressive. Not to mention his spoken word, beautiful poetry that I want to hear again just to capture more of the meaning.
