Caught In The Mix

What I liked

I liked the humor and Kira’s comedic timing. I liked the honesty and the bravery to share such a personal story. I liked how she played different characters. I liked the raw emotion. I liked the projections of home videos and old photos mixed with poignant title cards. I love the important conversation it has about race and the perceptions and misconceptions we inherit. Oh and did I mention there is a fantastic song and dance number?!

What I didn't like

My overall impression

“Caught in the Mix” offers a unique perspective, surprisingly hilarious, and incredibly moving.
