Incredibly cringey and not in a fun way. From emotional manipulation to body shaming this was NOT how you made a show about meeting your fiance's naturist family. This came off as someone who's only heard of "nudists" writing a play about it. Everything about the event description implied it's a live play over zoom. But it was a pre-recorded "zoom" complete with editing live streamed over vimeo. Incredibly disappointing and not worth the money.... full review

DISROBED had lots of problems as far as our goal of acceptance from the general public. I didn’t really know what to expect as I am not familiar with the original story. I had heard it was funny and a parody of how any true naturist would be. However, it was presented as if pressuring a guy in too much of an extreme manner; into a septic shock of our culture and then bullying him in a far too demeaning way after they succeeded. ... full review

We thought that the show could have been presented more realistically. The cast of naturists were cast as quirky, "out there", hippie like persons. And the textile fiancé was a little over played. What fiancé would not know that his to be bride was a naturist? We have found the great majority of naturists are just average, intelligent, fun loving, "normal" persons. While the show had its moments, overall we did not enjoy it but appreciated the work by all of the cast that went into this production.... full review
