Two brothers live in the shadow of their parents and the weight of their expectations. Freddy, the older brother, seemingly has it all… smart, handsome, exuberant, he is the chosen one of the family. Buddy is the lesser of the two in every way; temperamental and stubborn, he cites a litany of reasons why the world is against him. As Freddy faulters and begins to make his way out from under their father’s control, he encourages and coaches Buddy to rise above their oppressor. But the farther Freddy descends, the more opportunistic Buddy becomes. As money makes strange bedfellows in a competitive family, the brothers must choose between their bond or their own success.
