What I liked
The imagery & the props enhanced the story and guided it along well. Diana’s use of the props was so funny especially throwing the phone & the “night of passion” lotion, I’m still laughing. The pacing was well thought out & ran smoothly.
What I didn't like
I viewed the show via Zoom and heard the people near the microphone whispering & they were distracting. The numerous posts in the chat were also distracting.
Two notes:
– the final image was more reminiscent of a funeral more so than a wedding
- a couple of times the music was too loud & overpowered the story
My overall impression
It was fantastic, well written, uplifting, funny, poignant, enjoyable & very painfully relatable. I wish it went on longer as I wanted to hear more of Diana’s story & get to know her more. Let’s hope it will be continued !
