What I liked
The attention to detail was astounding. Every movement mattered. Every song was just the right length. Nothing was extraneous.
What I didn't like
Could be a tad shorter. I think any fringe show over an hour is too long. But it was very well paced.
My overall impression
Wow. An amazing show about housewives withering away in 1952, set to music, singing and movement. Highly theatrical, which was a welcome experience. The cast was excellent. The music was great, and at times haunting. The use of minimal lighting at times accentuated the mood and the emotion. Highly recommend.
