About the Project
Family in a Box is a comedy emerging from the heart wrenching reality of homelessness in LA. Written, performed, and stage managed by an entirely homeless staff. Family in a Box aims to humanize the homeless artists of LA. The daily struggles of attempting to find basic human needs without the luxury of infrastructure is juxtaposed with the bureaucracy and financial waste of LA homeless organizations and politicians.
