Sandra Muñoz was captivating as Delilah/Liona/Deloris. She has a beautiful singing voice and great artistic versatility; expect we’ll be seeing her again on bigger stages. I got teary-eyed with the Samson & Delilah duet Now That I Found You – Zach Archuleta’s & Sandra’s voices blend beautifully together. His debut performance revealed a great voice. He may be a diamond in the rough.
Caroline Hunter’s “Rachel” was hilarious as the authentic Philly best friend; her comedic timing and interactions with Sandra’s characters were particularly dynamic, lifting the production throughout.
While certainly perplexing at times, Jejie Esquerra’s character was hilarious. He was amazing in Island Rendezvous.
The facial expressions on Mark Lopez & Austin Brady in Enchanted With You were priceless.
This was the first live production that I (and I’m sure many other audience members) have attended since Covid. Many thanks to the entire cast for providing much needed laughs throughout this genuinely entertaining performance!
What I didn't like
More context was needed to really understand what was happening. It was a bit challenging to follow.
My overall impression
Entertaining! While I can’t claim to have followed the plot at all times, I thought the musical was funny with some unexpected twists and talented cast members.
