The story of a young woman’s struggle to communicate after losing her father to alcoholism at the age of 12. Due to fear of alcoholic outbursts, and domestic abuse, Mandy learned to be quiet to stay out of trouble as a little girl. We follow her journey to rediscover her voice through some big struggles including unwanted sexual encounters, bullying, dyslexia, and alcoholism. Mandy is a sweet young lady who is full of rage, a tid bit of reason, and plenty of insecurities. She finally uses her voice to stand up for herself!
