I loved Camp Ginger! Steve is charming, playful, and imaginative with all his camp characters and musicality. I was impressed by his song-writing skills, his voice, and his ability to tap in to his inner child so smoothly. And he plays the flute? What can’t this guy do! It was really creative to share these stories through different characters other than just himself. My favorite was Persimmon :)

My overall impression
This is a tale of a child trying to make sense of the world by creating his OWN world. In the beginning, Steve begins unsure of his surroundings and whether or not his many “colors” are acceptable in the world. He ends on a confident note, reminding himself that his many shades of colors are what makes him so unique.
