What I liked

Blaine Vedros and Adam Meredith deliver stunning performances as veterans struggling to return to civilian life, and Leilani Squire writes a captivating script for them to play with. Direction by Matthew Martin is subtle yet forceful; the dressing up at the end of the first scene had my mouth open the whole time.

What I didn't like

Make sure people know it’s two scenes! I felt very foolish.

In the second scene I wouldn’t have minded more people with more stories. It works solo as well.

My overall impression

Powerful, emotional, overwhelming, glorious, depressing, and eye opening. This show glued me to it from lights up to lights down, so much that I gave a standing ovation halfway through (there are two one acts, but I thought it was done after the first).
