What I liked
The direction and the performances.
Loved the chemistry between Lear and Loman, but I also really liked the ensemble work epitomizing the worlds each of these characters once inhabited.
What I didn't like
Some of the writing. I got lost when Lear started talking about poetic structure. Although the actors made it work, the logic of it didn’t hold up for me. I don’t know. What if Bernardo or Riff from WSS started talking about jazz dance and ballet technique as the lingua franca for gang violence? Nope.
Needs more development.
