To have King Lear and Willie Loman interacting and discussing life had never crossed my mind, but it was so interesting. The two lead actors were nothing short of amazing. King Lear and Willie Loman are such complex characters, but are handled with ease by Leon Russman and Bruno Oliver. Both bringing so much to the roles. Leon Russman as King Lear, is a performance that should be seen in person. He handle the difficult lines with such ease. Russman and Oliver on stage together is a fascinating time. The play by Kate Schwartz is so well written and tight. She knows her characters well and has them interacting in a very believable manner. Scott Leggett’s direction is spot on. All of the supporting roles are well cast and moving in so many ways. The entire production is something that is worth catching while you can during the 2019 Fringe.
