I liked how engaged the cast was with each other. They spent time building a relationship to make this feel authentic. I really enjoyed the one-liners that kept me laughing throughout the journey.
What I enjoyed the most was it transitioned nicely and felt a good length. The fact that it was 90 minutes with no intermission and I didn’t feel like I needed to move was great! Great work to the cast, writer, director, producer and everyone else involved.
What I didn't like
This may be more of a theater situation but at times I couldn’t see over the cast and really missed parts of the characters reactions. There was always a part of the play I was missing.
My overall impression
Nostalgic in every way. This show reminded me of navigating college while coming out. An exploration of identity and sexuality which brought laughter, sadness and surreal moments into the experience. I enjoyed every moment of this play as it kept me on my seat and fully engaged.
