What I liked
Every aspect of the production was superb. The writing was funny with a deep meaning and message. The actors were all excellent and the direction enhanced everything. It made me laugh and think, sometimes in the same moment. I’ll keep an eye on this theater company for future productions.
What I didn't like
This is total nitpicking: some moments had awkward timing or pacing. They were few, and I felt either later in the run or a more traditional production would have smoothed them out naturally.
My overall impression
A bold work that shows exactly why fringe festivals are important. A beautiful blend of comedic and poignant, performed by a talented cast.
