It was entertaining.

What I didn't like

The advertising: its not immersive. Ironically (spoiler alert) a punchline is that truth in advertising sometimes has surprising benefits.

My overall impression

This is a fine show. Entertaining. But not immersive theatre. Perhaps anticipating this, the director began the show with a speech about how immersive theatre is different from interactive theatre. While I agree with that statement, I am struggling to see why this would be called immersive theatre. (Just because the chairs are at the side of the room and not in rows doesn’t make the show immersive. At least I’ve never seen such shows advertised as immersive before.)
